Not as a new offering, but as a system developed from nearly 25 years of hands-on transformation and turnaround work in industrial and automotive environments—across publicly listed industrial corporations and mid-sized manufacturing companies, and over more than 180 international projects.

The development of this system is closely tied to the operational work of Rüdiger Tibbe.
Historically, mandates and revenues were managed across multiple brands and entities, including TibbePartners, Rüdiger Tibbe Unternehmensberatung, Tibbe & Partners, and Excelliance Management Partners GmbH.

With the deliberate addition of new partners and the build-out of a scalable leadership system, all mandates are now being consistently consolidated under the Excelliance umbrella. The objective is clear operational accountability, unified governance, and full transparency regarding responsibility and execution.
